"This whole method has been an innovation but something very exciting because we are working with team members from internationally."

Concerning the pressure on the team, the director states: "We experience stress but at the same time it's thrilling.

"This is a major project. It's arguably the biggest that most of us have previously worked on."

Emerging Talent Contributes New Insight

That's certainly correct of at least a single developer, visual designer the artist.

The recent hire creates the lighting elements that shape the mood, tone, and focus of the single-player campaign.

The artist undertook an internship at the developer prior to securing a position with them, and now operates with reduced hours while finishing his visual effects degree at his school.

The developer explains he's a dedicated enthusiast of the franchise, and recalls experiencing the earlier title of the franchise at a friend's house when he was in his youth.

To be on it now, as his debut industry job, "is hard to believe as real."

"It's very amazing seeing the marketing everywhere," he comments.

"Understanding that I've put my personal touch into the game is really surreal."
